Terms of Service

Sean Zvandasara: The Agent1st Framework ("the Programme", "we", "us") is run by Renowned Homes Ltd (company number 13608045), of 22 Marsh Wall, London E14 9AL. Contact: sean@renownedhomes.co.uk.

These terms cover the website, the waiting list and the application process only. If you are offered a place on the Programme, a separate client agreement will govern it.

• Joining the waiting list or completing the application is free. It does not guarantee a place, a call or a reply.
• The Programme takes a limited number of agents each quarter. We decide who to shortlist and who to offer a place to at our sole discretion, and we do not have to give reasons.
• The Programme is for experienced property professionals aged 18 or over who have already closed property deals.
• You agree that the information you give us is true and accurate. We may withdraw an application or offer if it is not.
• You can leave the waiting list at any time by emailing us or replying STOP to our messages.

• Descriptions of the Programme on our pages are a summary, not an offer. The full scope, any fees and terms will be set out in the client agreement before you commit.
• Elements marked TBC, including international opportunities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and private retreats and masterminds, are planned. They may change, be delayed or not go ahead.
• Access to property stock depends on availability from developers and partners, which we do not control.
• Award and recognition references relate to Renowned Homes Ltd or to Sean Zvandasara personally, as stated, and are accurate at the date shown.

• Earnings figures and case studies on our pages, such as £80k in 10 months, are real individual results. They are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee of what you will earn.
• Your results depend on your experience, effort, market conditions and other factors outside our control.
• Coaching on money management, finance, investing and longevity is general education. It is not regulated financial, investment, tax, legal or medical advice. Take independent professional advice before acting on it.
• You are responsible for your own business decisions, including going self-employed, and for meeting your own legal, regulatory and tax obligations.

• All content on our pages, including text, video, images, the Agent1st Framework name and materials, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal use but not copy, resell or republish it without our written permission.
• Do not misuse the pages, submit false information, or try to interfere with how they work.
• Links to third-party sites, such as social media, are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
• We may change or take down the pages at any time.

• We provide our pages "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for loss of profit, income or opportunity, arising from your use of them or from joining the waiting list.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data.
• We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
